I took my phone in for a repair, and they had no idea what the actual issue was. Instead of diagnosing it properly, they just replace almost everything and charged me $300 on a phone worth $500. They claimed to offer a lifetime guarantee, but now, just a few months later, I'm having more issues, When I went back they want to charge me another $200. This place is a joke. If you value your money, time and your device, take it somewhere else!!

Dakota was so helpful and straight-to-the-point when explaining what was wrong with my computer. I'm a college student and never had to fix my computer before, so I didn't know what to expect walking in, but Dakota was welcoming and clarified all questions I had before I made my purchase. I had to get the shell of my computer replaced, they ordered a new one for me, and it took Dakota less than 2.5 hrs to fix! It costed me about $60 less than getting it fixed at Geek Squad. Very happy w my purchase and interactions at this place! Very student friendly too.

Excellent service, fast, safe and very competent. Clear to understand and very professional. I recommend calling in advance that way they will have your parts ready for you when you drop it off. Felt safe leaving my phone with so they could repair it. Thank you for fixing my phone

A friend of mine came to get her laptop battery replaced. However when she got her laptop back, it was completely broken and won’t even turn back on now. She has to buy a new one. She asked for a refund since obviously nothing got fixed and she paid over 100 dollars for the service, but the owner refused. He said he couldn’t refund her unless he took out the parts that he had “fixed” so she gave him 24 hours to do so, he didn’t and still refused to refund her. Very poor service

I had the worst customer service experience here and I do not recommend using All About Phones. If Dakota makes a mistake on your device he will not take any responsibility for it. A really long fiasco but in short, they broke my iphone (which was actually working fine, it only had a tiny LCD bleed that he said he could easily fix in an hour) while working on it. Dakota lied to me when I came back in 2 hours later and said they were still working on it. The next day I come in and find out it is broken and all my data is lost. They said sorry and replaced it with another used iphone that did not work properly. Dakota, gave me the run around non stop and refused to acknowledge that this was extremely inconvenient for me as I requested a new phone or help fixing it. Finally the cell service stopped working and when I came in again he threatened to kick me out of the store because "I was getting heated"! and used gaslighting to manipulate my feelings. I decided I couldn't deal with it any more and I have to buy a new phone some where else.
