My experience with Staples is more of presence than anything else. The staff at Staples is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for the consumer. The problem I have with Staples is more of a corporate issue based on online market pricing of items stocked versus box store supply and demand. I realize you have the costs of staffing, the brick and mortar expenses, but your costs versus prices are creating a store full of dust collection. I can walk through and see 80 to 85 percent of your products not even close to a marketable price to move product. I have come to the conclusion that Staples is quickly running to a bankruptcy court if they don't alter from a box store mentality to a lower price/volume sale structuring. You don't get the per unit profit you did, but selling three to get that same profit is better than moving no product at all!

Staff are really friendly , buy hard to find for help. They are always out of ink, and it’s often in the wrong place on the shelf and more expensive at register. I have seen this so often I wonder if it’s intentional. Just going to start ordering on Amazon. You wonder why nobody supports local businesses anymore, tired of shady tactics.

Terrible customer service. The guy working complained and made snarky remarks annd was sarcastic to me entire time I was there. Not impressed. I was clearly a bother to by needing anything from him when he was as closing in 15 min.
