My experiences have always been positive. Nick has always been accurate and fixed the problem quickly and at reasonable cost. I cant express the gratitude I have for the honesty and integrity Nick demonstrates. I definitely would rate Midwest Computer Services A+++++

Would not recommend. I wanted to go somewhere local to support so I came here. I was told my computer would be back in a few days with a diagnosis (you thought motherboard that wouldn't even be worth replacing). It was sent off and after a week I had to call for an update. The part needed to check it got ordered wrong - I get that. Another week goes by with zero communication until I call and apparently that part didn't work either. I asked for it to be sent back. Picked up 2 days later and now supposedly the guy was able to get the part and it was the motherboard? I was leery. Took it to Best Best and they popped off the back cover to find an internal power source unplugged and its 100 percent fine. PLUS they said if it was the motherboard it's a 200-300 fix, not "not worth replacing" like you stated. I NEVER write reviews like this because I give a lot of grace but this was unacceptable.

The guy was rude and arrogant. He didn't want to take on a tech as quoted "you don't need a certificate to work on co.outers, nor do I want to hire someone to help with what took me 30 years to learn" not per batim. Don't trust a tech that's arrogant nor willing to work with others. Buyer beware.

Stopped in with no appointment and was happy to see the owner had time to look at my computer to tell me what he thought was wrong. Left with a fixed compute rand a very fair price. Ill be back.
