From the moment I walked into uBreakiFix phone repair the service was outstanding. Unfortunately they broke my screen and the phone could not be repaired. Upfront they admitted what had happened. The very next day I had a new phone. I am in my 70's and they transferred all of my data. I was very appreciative for their service and personal touch. I will recommend them to anyone needing phone or computer services. It is hard to find this kind of service today. The manager Toy was the person helping me. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent service.

I had a perfect experience with your store. Customer service was exceptional. The amount of time it took to fix my phone was very quick. When the problem became more than just my screen, a battery replacement was ordered but wasn't needed in the end and I appreciate not being charged for that when you definitely could have. I am bringing all my devices to you so get ready!!! Haha!!

They blew it, BIG TIME, with me. I took my computer in with issues, and they decided they needed to reinstall the operating system. We talked about backing up the files etcetera, which they assured me they would do. Upon bringing it home I find that there are no files, folders, downloads or photos anywhere on the computer. So I called them up and they told me to bring it back and they assured me they could find them and pull everything back from the cloud or where ever they supposedly saved them. So, another 70 mile round trip and I dropped the computer off. While I was in the shop I was told that there weren't any files or folders to back up. That there wasn't anything there when they first started working on it. So, I'm thinking, at that point, a phone call would have been the obvious next step, asking me if I wanted them to continue installing a new operating system, stating that all files etc would be lost if they proceeded. I would have said to stop and do not do anything at that point. However I wasn't given that option because they never called. I've had the computer for quite some time and I assure you, there were files, folders, downloads, and photos on it. I left the computer with them and drove home. A few days later I got a phone call telling me that there were no files or folders or anything that they could find, and said again that there was nothing on there to begin with. I left it with them so they could work on it some more and because I didn't want to drive back down there again at that time. I finally went to pick it up today and brought it home. When I left the store, I got no apology, no "sorry", no refund. When I got home and plugged it in, it won't even start up. I now have a door stop. I've called them and told them the issue and he suggested I bring it back down there, finally offering a refund of my original payment. That will be a total of 280 miles (plus 70 more if I have to leave it) IF I go, which wipes out the refund amount. I've lost ALL confidence in this place, along with everything that was on my computer. I'm one UNhappy camper.

I have had my phone fixed a few times at this location and each time has been great!! Today I had Chris and Jim taking care of replacing the screen on my Samsung S23 that had some dead pixels and from check in to pick up, everything went smoothly and I professionally. I was greeted quickly when I got there, I got checked in with no issues, and my phone was fixed and ready within the quoted timeframe. It certainly makes me want to keep the Asurion policy I have on my phone and any future phones, as long as they continue to take care of fixing them!

Originally only gave one star, but after talking to customer service, got rescheduled and phone is finally fixed. So happy to have my phone fixed and more than happy to now give 5 stars!! Thank yall so much, very happy customer.
