Very disappointed with the 24/7 service. It supposed to be available for the customers paying 180.00 dollars a year and is not really there when you need it. I hope at least they fix my problem during business hours... 🤬

Leaving very pleased after working with Alex! They were so incredibly nice and helpful with an issue with our Xbox. Alex initially set up our appointment for yesterday (we thought they said today - OOPS). BUT, Alex looked at the work que that they had, decided to help me in the midst of it all as they remembered the issue from the day prior. Alex is awesome, definitely will want to work with them in the future and so glad they’re on the geek squad team! Alex didn’t have to help today, I offered to make another appointment, I really appreciate their assistance!

Had the pleasure of meeting Lucas, while he fixed my microsoft surface (which I am now writing this review on! Woot!). Lucas is truly a wonderful human being, so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Thank you for getting everything working back to normal! 11/10 would recommend!!

The calling system is the most infuriating thing i have ever come across. Whats happened to talking with actual people when you need help. The phone systems are absolutely no help with anything i have needed. 10/10 don’t recommend and makes me not even want to go to the store.
