I receieved 2 emails from them today, December 12, 2024, thanking me for visiting and asking for feedback. It was very surprising since I never stopped by to have my phone repaired today. I hope my insurance wasn't used for someone else? My phone was repaired a month ago and I had already left my feedback after my service. I hope this is a minor mistake and easliy rectified. My original post is below. November 14th, 2024 I had a great experience. They were fast, friendly and had my screen on my s24 ultra fixed in less than 1.5 hours. I booked an appointment online the day before. tried to call but there was no answer so I made the online appointment. It was very easy to do. My insurance covered it all. I would highly recommend them if you have insurance or Gadget Guardon your phone. Don't do both. It's a waste of money.

Used ubreakifix second time and always great service. They did the repair with Samsung parts and it looks new. Calibration and testing when done. Fit me in and repaired in timely manner. I'm from 100 miles from store and we'll worth the drive. I highly recommend their services. Everyone at store is friendly and accommodating. TY

Kevin and Adam did an excellent job, clearly knew what they were doing and helped me get out of chasing my own tail dealing with Vorizon. Finn did an excellent job answering the phone! In all seriousness some of the best customer service I've experienced from anywhere in a while.

It was So Frustrating to work with this store. I was there at 10:10am, took a long time to get my stuff in and ordered, and was quoted for 12:50p pickup. I came back and gave them extra time at 3:05p, and they weren't done. Seriously? So they said oh 30 mins-1 hour, I return, pay, and then suddenly they need some more time. I cannot believe my time was wasted like this, beware if you're a professional who needs to be accessible because the time frames are not accurate. Secondly, Thier advertised "low price guarantee" doesn't include Samsung but they don't have that posted Anywhere, and when I asked Before agreeing to move forward with quote TWO techs, they both said yes they could honor. Finally they just decided to honor that guarantee after some back and forth, and I was so fatigued of the whole experience I asked them to cancel the second repair I had already planned to get with them to take my business elsewhere. I had a quote with another shop that would take 1 week to get in the piece I need, but I'd rather wait then return here.
