I had a few laminated poster boards made for a funeral service. All 3 of the printing staff members I dealt with were professional, compassionate and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The final products were great quality. Overall, this was a good experience during a difficult time.

I am extremely disappointed with Staples' corporate policy regarding store closing times. I was in a rush to print some important papers and made it to the store right as the clock struck 7:00 PM. Despite being there at the exact closing time, I was refused entry. I understand the need for punctuality, but this rigid policy is absolutely ridiculous. If I arrive at the posted closing time, I should be allowed in to quickly complete my task, especially when it's something as straightforward as printing. This isn't an issue with the employees—they were simply following orders from higher-ups. My frustration lies with Staples' corporate management, which clearly prioritizes rigid policies over customer service. You’re a company that prides itself on serving professionals and businesses, yet this policy is anything but professional. It shows a lack of flexibility and an unwillingness to accommodate customers in genuine need. I’m rethinking whether I can rely on Staples in the future. If you can’t even provide basic courtesy for customers who arrive on time, maybe you don’t deserve our business. Do better.

amazon returns. Customer service was rather mediocre and slow. More customer service training needed to ensure a flawless return. The older customer service lady at rhe front was short and was not friendly. To be at the front of the company, total customer service is a must.

Not only is the Store clean and neat, but the staff are very helpful and courteous. It is also one of the few companies that you can still contact the local store you want to visit. It’s great to be able to talk to a Local staff member to find out what’s available in the store, if they can hold it for you for a day, answer questions, and check if you’ve left your bag behind.

pretty rude! i had an amazon return and didnt pick the option for a label. struggled with changing the return. I don’t have a printer to print a label. So the clerk said that they had printers didn’t tell me that they charge to print it. Couldn’t figure out how to get the email to print. Finally got somebody over to to help with it, but it printed on two pages. So I had to pay for two pages and when I brought it back to you the desk with the rude lady she’s like oh geez. And I said well you Wouldn’t bother to help. Then she makes a smart remark like we’ll make sure you keep your receipt in in case they have problems with this. All of it could’ve been avoided if she was friendlier and offered to help me do it. Never come back to this store.
