Would not recommend anyone! These guys are procrastinators and charge you a fee ($45), although did not manage to fix anything. I had some problems with Windows (did not boot) after installing updates. Went there hoping they can help. During the week, I've checked several time on the progress of repair, each time they promised to call back, but did not. Finally, I went there and they told me that they were not able to fix anything (I doubt if they tried at all, hope they did). Then I decided to take back my laptop and to my entire surprise they've asked for a $45 fee (a minimum fee for diagnostics). That is the first time I've faced such a kind of fee, when noting was fixed. Really upsetting experience.

Highly recommend you go else where. If ever I need a laptop repair again I would drive 1,000,000 miles before returning to this hole in the wall shop. They are completely unprofessional and unorganized. Not only did I have to call and inquire about the status of my lap top, these people "fixed" and changed things on my laptop without my consent. They also lied about when the repair would be completed. I can understand things taking longer than expected, but it would have been nice to be updated on the status of the repair. And when I called, I repeat, I called to check on my lap top and found out exactly what was going I expressed my displeasure and the owner had the nerve to tell me I was unappreciative. Excuse me, my appreciation will be shown when I pay the $200 for the repair. This is your job not a favor. Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! It is not worth the headache.

Bad experience! My Mac went on a black screen issue and was fixed there, the first time I came there spending $45 for consultation, nothing fixed! Asking me to pay more $630.23 (plus tax) to order a new retina LCD screen to replace the old one. After waiting for a whole week, they didn't inform me that the new LCD had arrived until I call them on the Monday of the following week. The most weird thing is that they ordered a space-grey color LCD but my original one is silver color. The new assembling Mac looks really weird! At the end, they just try to charge me another $45 service fee for installation. After I told them I've paid that fee when I visited them in the first time , they cancelled that fee. Yes, they fix the problem, but I think they are not doing well and carefully. Well, maybe not perfect to make me feel good

Laptop, fairly new. Internal cable connecting display and main board. The guy was prompt in diagnosing my problem, had to order a replacement cable from China. Unfortunately shipping took about 4 weeks. Was helpful in offering my back my non-monitor computer for external display use, even offering his own laptop. However, he was not prompt in letting me know when the cable arrived. Now here's the kicker. Once receiving the replacement part, the technician installed it and called me noting that the screen was cracked. After telling him I did not turn it into the shop in those conditions, he realized that it was the fault of the shop for cracking my screen. The store covered the additional repair and replacement screen, and I waited another 2 weeks for a functional laptop. He was understanding and owned up to his mistake, taking the full cost of the additional repair. However, this malpractice can not be ignored. All in all, 2 months without a laptop and $100 later (reasonable) I finally had a working laptop again. This store is fairly disorganized and more equipped to fix the desktop computers of 10 years ago than the slim laptops of today. Would recommend going elsewhere.

TL;DR: Left my laptop here for two and a half months, and they gave it back in less working order than when I dropped it off. They don't call you about anything, you have to call them. Do not take anything here. I gave them my laptop for a screen issue - it was just flickering incessantly and generally not working properly. They said they've seen the issue before and they would fix it. When taking apart my laptop, they also noticed that the power jack had a short, and that was potentially what was causing my issue. That's great, let them do their thing. Then I call back a week later, asking how its going. They mention that the new power jack made it such that the laptop does not even turn on now. That's upsetting, but I again let them keep working. What a mistake that was. Finally got a verdict on my laptop, they determined the motherboard was fried. Note that I turned my laptop in for a screen issue, and they said that after installing their power jack, it was nonfunctional. This was purely their fault. On top of that, they wanted me to pay $350 to pay for a fix, plus an additional $90 labor. By that point it had been two and a half months. I left my laptop with them for that amount of time, never hearing anything from them unless I specifically contacted them. Even when they said "Yeah, we'll give you a call on Monday", they never called. Not once. Obviously after getting fed up, I just had them put my laptop back together and give it to me. That was the one thing they managed to do correctly in two and a half months. Again, don't give this place any business. They're highly unprofessional and probably will break things more than they fix them. If zero stars was an option, I'd give it.
