My best experience with an electronic repair by far!!! Joe changed my laptop screen in seriously a quarter of the time than the other two places in town yet quoted me the least, and he was beyond friendly, I never leave reviews but I felt like I owed it if I could give more stars I would!!!

HUGE shout-out to Boiler Tech Solution! My son (freshman at Purdue) dropped his phone, and the touchscreen stopped working. It was locked when it broke, so he couldn't change anything on the phone--including when the alarm went off--he could snooze it, but not stop it. Had to take it to class so he wouldn't drive his roommates insane and continue snoozing it every 8 min ðŸ˜. No access to digital school ID made everything a challenge. By searching a FB Purdue parents page--I found several recommendations for Boiler Tech Solutions. Joe was very helpful over the phone and set my mind at ease. My son got a ride from a friend (they are just 2 miles from campus) and took his phone to BTS. Joe took a look at it and felt like he could fix it. My son left the phone there and went back to campus. Joe called me with a few options, then quickly repaired the phone. He allowed me to pay over the phone, and even delivered my son's phone (completely repaired) to campus. Great experience all around. It's so nice to know there are people you can trust to help out when you are far away!! I would definitely recommend them for any computer or cell repairs!!
