The owner took time to fix my problem. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need and then didn't let me pay him. He very easily could have charged me to replace my charging port. Instead he got dirt out of it and its back to new. He has my business going forward because of his integrity on something this small.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in with a s22 Ultra with the back broke camera broke service issues and the lab provided excellent customer service told me what the issue was when I went to pick it up did such a wonderful job my phone is literally brand new I went in with a broken phone that had service issues and many other issues and came out with a brand new phone! Absolutely amazing place to get any phone or electronic device fixed 10 out of 10 will definitely be back if I have any other issues. Thank you the lab for giving me a brand new phone even though it's the same one I went in with!!

Don't get suckered into buying the screen protectors that are guaranteed for life of the device. Paid to have the original installed. When it cracked, I returned to have it replaced for free as they told me it was guaranteed as long as I owned the device (phone). They stated that I wasn't in their system so they couldn't replace it for free as promised. I paid to have it replaced and made sure the name and number was in their system. When the second one needed replaced a few months later, they said they couldn't replace if for free because they hadn't started the replacement program when this one was put on. Whhaaat? Both times they offered unacceptable excuses for not standing behind their product and replacement guarantee.
