My experiences with this store have always been beyond excellent. I had a couple of computer major issues, like crashed hard drives, and they saved the day. They have people who are knowledgeable and have expert advice. Especially if you're not sure what you're looking for.

The Staples Warsaw Indiana store has always given us great service. Jerry helped us this time and as always he explained everything clearly about what was done in checking out our computer. The service was completed on time and ready for pickup when we arrived.

Hi I really don't feel like leaving even one star for the Warsaw Indiana Staples, I went into the print Department, I had never sent a fax myself I am disabled and needed help, the girl was rude when I asked for help, I was extremely humiliated, I was able to help myself the best that I could, but when it came time to pay her she added insult to injury by taking another customer when she knew I had been waiting for a while I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day but it was definitely bad customer service. When I tried to talk to a manager another person that worked there they do not have a manager, my experience just was not good this has not been the first time and I never even received an apology. Definitely not a good experience.
