These guys always do a great job on my computer repairs. They may not be the fanciest place in town, but they know their business. One great policy they have: if the fix doesn't work, you don't pay for labor. Recently, I had a laptop go bad and we tried a couple of fixes and it just wouldn't work. Motherboard fried. They only charged me for the $20 part and even pulled out the hard drive for me. For free. Thanks

The work, when completed, is well done. They know their business, but they NEVER respond to phone calls, texts or emails, so what is the point? Very unhappy after they promised an important install and have never heard anything despite repeated calls, etc. Gonna find someone else.

Just to add to a review I posted earlier: My mother finally got her computer, and it DOES work now, so that’s good. HOWEVER, the owner is PSYCHO (or maybe a drug user? I don’t know.)! He was screaming profanities at my mother, calling her a liar (???), and nearly knocked her down shoving her computer tower at her! My mother is 75! Obviously, I do not recommend SOS Tech.

I brang my laptop here so they could fix my charger port and it was the worst decision I ever made. They completely destroyed my laptop and when I brang it back to tell them all the new damages that I found on my laptop ( had viruses, broke screen, fan problems) they told me I did it and I was trying to blame them for it. After that I asked for a refund since my device was returned to me in worse condition and all I got was a no and a threat that I was going to get the police called on me if I didn't leave. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I took my Samsung Galaxy Tab A in to get my screen replaced on March 18th. 6.5 months later, I still don't have it, and they have no idea when the screen will be in. On top of that, too many times, they have stated that they would call me back, and never have followed through with a return phone call. To me, this is neither professional, nor is it good business practise.
