I would recommend them over and over again. I drove roughly 45 minutes to go to Geek Squad, only to be told to come to iMechanic (even though my Mac was under warranty). I gladly went to iMechanic, the gentleman told me that he couldn't in good conscious tell me he could fix this since Apple would cover it for free. I told him about my experience with Geek Squad and he advised me to go try them again, told me exactly what to say and for them to try before driving another 1.5 hours to Indy for an actual Apple Store. I'm so grateful for iMechanic, even though they didn't fix my product, but they didn't let me void my warranty and gave me tips on what I needed to say and do to get Geek Squad to test the product. Honest guys working in this place!!

Dropped my I phone in my yogurt & it reported wet charging port. A friend said put it in a bag of rice! I did this & I believe it dried,but now I had a piece of rice stuck in charging port! Took my phone in & John quickly & professionally repaired it for me at no charge! I will be taking all my electrical devices to this store! Thanks again

I thought my laptop needed a new battery but turns out some serting was just messed up and needed reset. Refused to take any money, just took it to the back, did some kind of electronic wizardry, and now it works! Great and friendly service, highly recommend.

My iPhone was not charging anymore, the cord felt loose when plugged into the phone and had to be held just right for it to charge. I called to see how much replacing the charger port would cost and was told it may just need cleaned and to stop by and they would take a look. They took my phone And returned within one minute saying it was working now, it just needed to be cleaned. When I asked how much I owe them, he said “just leave me a good Google review.” Highly recommend this place for any iPhone or iPad issues! It’s great to have a local repair shop that Is honest and provides great service.

Thrilled we found this shop! We were traveling through town needing an emergency place to get an iPhone fixed and they were able to fix the phone quickly and send us on our way. We needed the charging port replaced because the phone would no longer connect. Excellent customer service and we highly recommend!
