Scheduled an appointment for my son's Nintendo switch lite to be fixed, the screen just went out on the device. Before scheduling I let them know I didn't have warranty and can pay for anything full price I was informed it's uncommon but it's okay. Went today for my appointment and I was told because there was no warranty they can't do anything. I informed the employee that I've already discussed this with another employee and was told it was possible and I don't mind paying for a repair. To my surprise the employee told me "We don't do actual repairs we take the device and ship it out to get fixed by someone else and swap the device out with a new one for the customer." So basically they don't actually fix anything they just take your device swap it out with a new one and send your device to be fixed somewhere else and then place your device for sale as a refurbished item. From a business stand point, makes sense the customer is not aware of the swap and they make more money selling the defective device. Still very shitty, don't claim to be a repair service if you don't actually make any repairs. I've swapped the screen myself and now it's in working order, only cost me $30 for the screen part and an hour of my time. Ridiculous. If you're going for IT or something to do with computers don't go work for this place if you actually want knowledge on the devices and repairs.

We had Jaysem at our home for warranty work on 60 day old washer and dryer he came on time was rude but relaxed after a minute or two he did not repair washer in his report he states several lies that in his words do not make sense also repair was not done

We had a man named Conner. He was professional, and knowledgeable to the multi thing that we we needing done. And absolutely no mess. I strongly recommend this person. Not bashing the other employees, I have never dealt with them. Thank you very much. Sincerely Ron Johnson.

These guys are a f!!king joke, I paid for a camera set up they come out and tell me they didn't charge me enough and have to reschedule, 300 dollars later on the day of installation to tell me its to cold they have to reschedule in the spring. I'll pretty sure I'll never use their service ever again. So unprofessional I'd give negative stars if they had.

Cleaned a virus off my computer and added a free Windows virus protector to it!!! I can ALWAYS count on the Geek Squad for my computer problems!
