Staples

Staples - I love the play on words with the name. But they are a staple of my life -- when I need computer supplies they're the first place I think of. Their print services are great, product selection is very extensive, and their pricing is always a good value. Top that off with extremely friendly and helpful staff and you've got a winner!!

I was at the Southend location tonight at 6:30, I had an email with attachments I needed to print. I tried to do it myself and failed, Christina came over and helped me, she took my phone ,went behind the desk and took care of the email and the 190 page attachments! I was so stressed, and she helped me immensely. Great customer service. I truly appreciate it!

It’s 1:12pm on a Saturday and the doors are locked at the South Bend, IN location. With no signage as to why. A couple cars in the parking lot and the lights are on inside. Several people have arrived and left after realizing the doors are locked. I put in a printing job yesterday and requested the rush print job (done by 12pm). And drove 45 min to the store location because the location by me closed in 2023. Just glad I didn’t pay online because I’m not going to be over by this location again probably for months. Hate to waste paper if they end up printing it because I tried calling and sat on the phone with no luck. I don’t want to drive another hour and a half round trip only for it to be closed again. So strange.

I love Staples, they have the coolest stuff. Don sold me a computer that I love. He helps me if I have questions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Really nice person too.
