Took my phone there because my charging port was getting to where it wouldn't let my phone charge properly. He fixed it, but when I get the phone back, the screen isn't glued back down all the way. So my phone was working with the screen halfway separated. I take it back to get that fixed, but then he can't get it to work with the screen all the way on. He wanted to do a factory reset, but by that time I had forgotten my PIN; I was using a burner phone for a while during all this. Nevertheless, he acted like he could still fix it. More time goes by, and I ask him a couple times what's the scoop on the phone, and he just kept telling me he needed more time with it. But I never actually got my phone back. And I'd already spent about $100 for him to put a new screen and a new battery in it. Don't waste your money (or your phone).

Didn’t want to leave a review until I was sure but here it goes. He had my phone for 14 weeks for a simple repair of the volume cable. Every week it was something different and now finally got my phone back and the home button doesn’t work nor does the volume switch which was supposed to be fixed. He told me the day I picked up home button would be here the following Monday and he could do that in one hour, now the day after that he says next week sometime. I understand everyone has issues but we were totally taken advantage of. He did refund all of our money we paid so that is a positive note for him and he did fix our phone first time we ever worked with him it we won’t be going back even for him to fix what should have been fixed already, very disappointed.

Was told my PC was fixed and cleaned. Installed the power supply I purchased but that was it. Motherboard was still fried (which he didn't diagnose) and PC wasn't cleaned in the slightest bit. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Dropped my daughter’s iPad off well over a year ago (probably 2 at this point). Have called and left messages with no luck.

Worked on my computer 80.00 and eventually had to take to Salem cost was 40.00 at Salem to correct his mistakes. He had my iPad 3 months, kept saying it will be like new when you get it back. He was supposed to fix the button charge was supposed 40.00. He broke the screen cost me 80.00. Got it home it shut off after 3 minutes, took it back. He couldn’t fix it and said, he sent it to North Carolina said it had a wire that needed to be soldered, without asking me. Said he would reimburse me that didn’t happen. Kept hearing you have it in a couple of days, it will be like new, fee 40.00, I’ll reimburse you. Had it 3 months, charge 80.00, shuts down after roughly 3minutes, no reimbursement. But, I have a new screen, he said they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Oh by the way he doesn’t answer his phone. This review was not done by Ashley Bagshaw but John Wilson.
