Techy Noblesville

Excellent experience. My son’s phone had stopped working and the Apple Store insisted the motherboard was fried and quoted $350 to replace. Abdullah at Techy opened the phone up, saw a battery issue, and replaced the battery for $100 - saving me $250. 100% would recommend!

This is an awesome place! I have now been a proud customer of Techy for almost 6 months. From the very first time I took an item in to be repaired till my most recent repair, they have not let me down once! Every tech I’ve talked to inside the store to the owner over the phone all have great customer service and are very knowledgeable about products. You will NOT find better pricing anywhere else, unless you have a warranty or insurance and don’t pay the total cost. They are honest! Here is another huge benefit Techy offers not just lifetime warranties on the repairs. They have their own insurance benefit anyone can sign up for with your own device. I just don’t understand the bad reviews. Some say they waited longer than advertised. Understand that there are busy seasons, have to order parts, and sometimes maybe they don’t have as many techs in the store some could be sick or dealing with something important. They have always been straightforward with me and told me if it would be an hour or longer. I’ve had to wait a few days because they had to order the part and wait for it to be delivered. They still finished a few days before they told me at first. My first review months ago I said they had a customer for a lifetime and I still am extremely satisfied with every repair they have done on all my tech!

If you are looking for quality service and repair for your phone or other portable electronics this is a solid place. I sent in my over-ear headphones for repair and Brandon B. and his crew really spent a reasonable amount of time trying to identify the issue and repair the headset. Easy to see they care about quality of care. It did take a while to repair my headphones, but they always kept me in the loop and gave me updates as they happened. I will give them a lot of credit as they are very honest and really try to make you happy before you pay and walk out the door. You just don’t find that in shops these days but these guys are a great choice and are fair in price if you are looking for a fix or simply just to change a screen protector on your phone. Highly recommended
