We ordered a seating chart for our wedding only 9 days away. When we sent it, we didn’t send with the right DPI for the enlarged version we wanted. The resulting products was blurry. Nick stepped in right away to correct the problem. He was sooooo amazing. He helped me troubleshoot, took the time for the file to be resent, changed the DPI himself to ensure the results were what we wanted. He reprinted it while I waited, so I didn’t even have to come back. He was friendly, calm, and professional the entire time. If you are looking for exemplary service, above and beyond, please visit Nick. If I had an opening in my business, I would recruit him! Thank you again Nick!!!!

I do not live in Noblesville, but have visited this store 2-3 times. I have found service there to vary from sales associate to sales associate. The range is from average to very good. Product selection used to be a bit better, but it is still pretty good. Paper and other office supplies is good, and prices are compatible. You can order online, and have them delivered to the local store or office or home. Their selection of desktop printers is good, their selection of computers is not as good as Best Buy, but when on sale, prices are pretty good. There is a slide with hours. Worst customer service ever. I've self-printed here countless times and never had an issue. The one time I do have an issue and ask for assistance, I'm told "we're closing and I cannot help you right now". Really? I just paid $1 to print a blank page, and you can't spend one minute of your time helping a repeat customer?! Ridiculous lack of customer service. I'll print and shop for school and electronics elsewhere!

They are incredibly rude and are always less than helpful. They make you feel like an inconvenience when you ask for their time.
