Nik was able to clone my old computer to a brand new computer that I purchased from Noble PC, moving all files and programs right over. He stated if I dropped it off mid day on Friday that it should be ready by Tuesday. However, he called and it was done in less than 2 hours. I was able to pick it up the same day! I highly recommend.

My parents and I purchased a gaming computer for my son for Christmas. We opened the box on Christmas morning and realized part of the power cord to the monitor was not there. We looked through every box and it was not there. My son was so disappointed but we let him know we would go purchase one the next day when stores are open. We called Nick on the 26th around 10AM and let him know about the missing cord. He stated he knows it was in the box... well it wasn't. I'm not sure why we would lie about something like that. We were also having issues setting up everything so he offered to come over to take a look. He never gave us a timeframe of when he was able to come so we called back two hours later, just so we could set a time for my very anxious 6 year old. He stated he was busy and that he would be doing this as a courtesy, so it would be a few hours before he could come. He was dismissive and rude when he spoke to my mom on the phone. He never came. He never called. We finally paid a neighbor to come over and set things up at 6PM. Nick could have at least called and let us know if he could not come that day. It is disheartening to try to explain to a 6 year old why his new computer isn't working. We also had to purchase speakers as this was not something that was included. We will not be using him again.

Fast service, excellent repair work, fair price. Dell Depot Would have left me without my laptop, probably 7–14 days. Geek squad was expensive. Another company told me I needed to replace the entire screen. All I needed was the laptop hinge fixed.Nick was great and I was without laptop just a little over 24 hours. Glad I found Noble PC!
