I recently bought a laptop from Computers and Co. The setup assistance was fantastic. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I was grateful for the help I received in getting everything up and running. The tech walked me through the setup and helped me with installing software.

I received some great advice on the PC build I'm working on today. The worker I spoke with was very helpful and they had all the parts I needed. Cheers!

Been here twice first guy was awesome, second guy not so much. First guy was willing to work with me since I am a builder as well, second guy was rude and refused to even sell me what I wanted because stuff breaks his words not mine. He told me as well when I asked for a single chip of ram for my.laptop that he'd be happy as long as I brought the laptop in for diagnosis after I explained that I was bottlenecing on the ram and only needed to get ram he seemed to get offended and then nothing was for sale except their services. I might go back if I see the first guy there,, Second guy there I will walk right back out.

Laptop screen got cracked and I needed my files that were on the hard drive. They said they could help. What I got for over $130 was a flash drive with almost nothing on it. Supposedly, all my files were on One Drive, which I knew wasn't true. They told me I could buy a $40+ cable to check for myself, but it's very time consuming. Today, my friend's son hooked it up with the cable ($15, not $40+) and was able to recover 2,000+ files from the hard drive, and could do it in about 30 minutes. Yes, I will be coming in to request a refund.
