The nicest people in the world! My computer was ultimately too far gone to save but it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. Their limited hours can be inconvenient but their customer service & genuine kindness more than make up for it.

I hope to never deal with anyone else for my PC needs! Brad is skilled, clear about absolutely everything up front, VERY reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond, but also leaves all decisions 100% up to the customer--no surprises, no gimmicks, just straight-forward good business. He's been incredibly thorough and has had a quick completion time for things that seemed like they should've taken much longer to do. He's saved my tech life on numerous occasions and I hope to take all my computers to him in the future, as I've built a great deal of trust with him and his business.

The service at the shop is amazing. Was able to get my computer back the next day and it's running faster than it was. They were able to get all the viruses off of my computer. Awesome prices as well. I had the option to remove viruses or reinstall Windows for the same price. Would recommend for anybody with computer issues.

Took in a new laptop to have information transferred from the old computer. I not only had that accomplished, but with a new battery and new hard drive, old computer was saved. All computerized sewing programs are still accessible and do not have to be reinstalled and recreated. Netpointe is also willing to answer questions in a way that is easily understood for the lost, like me. I have also used the life perserver option for them they installed on my home screen in the past.

Not an honest business! I took my laptop to Netpointe to be repaired. They called me a few days later and said my hard drive needed to be replaced to fix the problem. They reinstalled windows and replaced the hard drive. He called and told me the computer was fixed and ready for pick up. I picked it up, got it home excited to give this newly repaired laptop to my daughter. Turned it on and the keyboard did not work. Confused- I went right back up there to the shop telling him that the computer is not functional and not all the keys were working. He told me he had "no idea" then said they had to use an external keyboard. He said maybe I needed to "clean the contacts under the key pad" and I that could look up tutorials on Youtube. He never offered to fix it or told me in advance it wasn't fully functional. Picking up a still broken computer was devastating. So I dropped off a broken computer and picked up a broken computer. This is not a reputable business. Their mission statement is to provide first class service. Far from it- I trusted this company to repair my laptop and am very disappointed. Don't trust this business and waste your time and money.
