Please stay away from this place. Brought my phone in for a screen repair on a Tuesday, they said it would be ready Friday of that week. I get there on Friday, they tell me that, although the screen had arrived that morning, they couldn't get to it in time and will instead have it done first thing the following morning. Things get busy, I totally get it. I return the afternoon of the following day, they then claim the package was actually "lost in transit", tell me that they must re-order the screen and give me the new date of Tuesday the following week. What should've taken no more than 4 days has already taken a week. I show up the following Tuesday, having already missed a callback for a job interview due to the delays, only to have one of the employees begin yet another excuse as to why my phone was not fixed. I voiced more or less what was written above, their response was to hand me my still-broken phone and send me on my way. No apology, no accountability and a week of my time had been wasted. The CPR Device Repair down the road took my phone in and had it fixed the following day. As it is currently, I cannot recommend this establishment to literally anyone for obvious reasons. While the younger employee who had initially helped me was friendly and apologetic, the laziness, indifference or blatant incompetence of the others was unbelievable. There are so many other repair shops in the immediate area that would appreciate your business and will get the job done substantially quicker.

I had came here a few months ago to get my screen replaced and everything went great it was fast wasn't expensive and customer service was good. I had to come back because the screen was coming unglued and it was flapping around so when I came in I dropped it off they said a couple hours so I came back and they tried charging me again for the screen but noticed they made a mistake and took the fee off (as they should have) and didn't charge me anything . My point being they didn't get rude with me about it they wasn't mean they noticed they had made a mistake and they fixed it right off with no problem. I'd go back with anything that I needed fixed to this place.

Hard to count on a place that quotes a price and tells you what time to get there by to get a device fixed that day, only to find out that after you drive 35 miles and show up a few hours later at the original time stated that they will not be able to fix your device that day. Disappointing to say the least.
