Wanted to order an item on-line and it was in stock at the local Staples and showed on sale. Drover over to the store, the pricing on the website was different than in the store. I showed the cashier and another gentleman the online pricing...they agreed that was the price but refused to sell it to me at the sale price. I just walked out and ordering from Amazon. I should have done that from the beginning.

Recently we had copies of two photos made on 2 different backings at the Muncie, IN store, One was promised in one hour, and the heavier second set in 4 days, when it came to the store by mail. Both were received as promised in perfect condition, and on time. Management and staff are awesome.

My intellectually disabled daughter and I came in to purchase her a laptop. The elderly overworked lady at the cash register tried to help us as best she could but told us that the tech guy, I believe his name was Richard, would be in soon. When Richard came over he asked us what kind of computer we needed, my daughter explained what she wanted to use the computer for. Richard then went into a long-winded technological gobbledygook filled rant of how cool he was and how much he knew about computers. (Who cares?) The part I liked best was when he told us how all the Intel processors on the laptops at Staples are no good because of pending class action lawsuits against that company and that we should take our money to Best Buy or Costco and buy a laptop with a different processor. We did just that. After 4 hours of calming my daughter down from the incident, we spent our $1,700 at Best Buy. Even in this economy, customer service is still job number one. Because at the end of the day, you don't keep your lights on unless the customer feels good enough to reach into their pocket and give you their hard-earned money.
