We trust the Geek Squad to do the job correctly first time through while keeping us informed when working on our computers. We have never, in the many years we've used the Geek Squad services, been disappointed. I recommend the Geek Squad to all my friends.

They don't know what they are doing had a wd external drive for storage took it to the to try to access my files in it because it was outdated they couldn't do it in the store,said they would have to send it of for it to be done which would have cost me between 200 or up depending on what the place did to it if I sent it to there main company. I found a way to get my files off of it for free. So they are really not that smart. They just want to scam.hard working ppl out of their money. Please don't use this service. As you will only be taken by them.

Walked in with my fiancee's Samsung S8+ phone which had some moisture damage to the port. Instead of getting assistance with the phone, I was very snobbily by the lady working the check-in counter whom told me that I would need to drop 199.99 to have the phone completely replaced. She then immediately follows this up with a stereotypical snobby teenager response of "Like, we told you about this, like when you first bought the phone last year?" Walked out of the store and repaired it myself within 20 minutes of looking up a guide and using a blow dryer. You know what Geek Squad, it wasn't the fact the phone replacement was so expensive... I was fine with that. It is the attitude of those you employ. And because of that individuals attitude for in-taking customers I will SERIOUSLY reconsider ever using Geek Squad services from Best Buy in the future. This experience has also led me to reconsider allowing you to charge me $7.99 x2 a month for a protection plan if this is the sort of lack luster and insulting service you deem appropriate to offer. Clearly your employee has potentially cost you, Best Buy and Samsung future business thanks to this interaction.

I had a problem with my laptop computer, so took it to Geek Squad. They were easy to talk to and they made sure that they understood everything I was telling them. I had the laptop back in two days and it works great.
