I have been dealing with with John for a few years now. Every time I speak with his he is very respectful and very knowledgeable. Bought 2 different laptops from him and they work absolutely great. Those 1 star reviews are trying to ruin his business. You are in great hands with John. Only guy I trust with my tech.

Came for what i hoped would be a simple pc cleaning and ended up with 400$ in repairs. I felt that the tech was excessively rough with my computer when i dropped it off and sure enough now i have internal damages to components the next day. Pc would crash about 4-5 times throughout the day until i replaced motherboard smh

My desktop pc was running like the old dial up connection went to Roman tech an he built me a sever pc for fast connection and plays most modern games on this pc haven’t had and problem with connection on load time as so on as I turn this desk top on it immediately connects an loads no more waiting to use my desktop

This place is amazing. I had all my data on my laptop and had no idea how to get it recovered. The techs got my hard drive unlocked and transferred the files on to an external drive and then to my surprise got the laptop to reset. Knowledgeable , professional and a great value. I give them my highest recommendation. I was recommended to them. I thanked the person who told me about their computer guy and you will too.

Highly recommended!! I spilled a small amount of wine on side of Macbook Pro where charging ports are located. Computer worked fine, but wouldn't take a charge. Took it to the Apple dealer who said that the repairs would cost more than a new computer, and we would be better off buying a new one. Took it to Roman Tech who repaired the Mac for a small fraction of the cost of a new one....
