ok idk how to change my name on here lol but i'm ashley! anyway amazing amazing amazing man! incredible service, to Keith Blower and kb's pcs first and foremost his people who answers the phone lana is amazing as heck!!! was so personal and that alone made me feel comfortable but meeting keith today was so amazing walked right in listened to me took an awesome interest in what i needed done he took apart my baby and got the hard drive out and immediately started his craft upon his craft he was however unable to recover yes its sad LOL but im safely returning to happyness knowing a computer tech geek guru looked at it and gave me solid answers. i highly reccomend him he is so thorough and just so at ease and is so easy to talk to everyone in the jb west building is. not a one person we encountered today had an issue with us we were new and they walked us right to mr. blower and from there 100% got service got everything handled. was awesome to be in his own setting seeing him work his craft a craft i love and have for so long. so to end I HIGHLY RECCOMEND MR. blower. please for all your computer needs check him out You wont be disappointed and like said today... BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP .

The best customer service I've had in a long time!! Very professional and way beyond helpful. Called back like they said they would and had very good advice, since my pc issues were something beyond what they do. Could have been given a simple, No, we don't do that here, but they took the time to get answers and advice me on different options. It was greatly appreciated!!
