Have been a Computer Pros customer since moving to the MC area over 5 years ago. Within the last two years have purchased a windows desktop, too. We really consider this the best business of it's type we have ever dealt with. The personnel are always knowledgeable, approachable and very flexible. There have been some instances when we expected to be charged for advice or consultation, but were told it was part of the ongoing business relationship. THAT'S professionalism and class, combined. Definitely a 5 star business.

These guys are great! I have dealt with Steve for my hardware repairs as well as technical issues and he was so very helpful. He has never made me feel stupid when I'm pretty sure my questions would fall into that category! He explains everything as many times as he needs to and he is fast without making you feel rushed. He has my respect too, because he provided me with wise information for my situation instead of simply pushing a sale for upgraded equipment that would not ultimately solve my issues. Computer Pros MC has my business for whatever my computer needs will be!

I took my MacBookPro to Computer Pros because I couldn’t get my emails. I tried the little bit I know how to do but no luck. Steve Stantz was able to get it going for me within seconds. Then said there was no charge. Thank you Steve

Great staff, Steve helped me quick and easy, plus free of charge just to print something off. Afterwards though he and I chatted about the store and what kind of services they offer. I would definitely trust Computer Pros MC over any UBREAKIFIX or mall kiosk for my game systems, phones, CPU, from the conversation I had with Steve I am sure their services do better than the competitors you always hear about, who constantly turn you down or claim "they can't help".
