Jay was, and still is, a great help. He was able to take my budgetary requirements and computing needs into account and built me a system that is not only attractive and nearly silent, but also powerful and upgradable to aid in future-proofing. He took my one rigid requirement(a specific case that I choose for size, price, and function) and worked totally within that requirement. My pc was, sadly, dropped during shipping and arrived with some internal damage due to things shifting around inside, and instead of having me file a claim with the shipper, he is handling the whole issue himself to get me the replacement part I need at no charge. Overall, he was able to get my needs met and kept me underbudget. He has been awesome in dealing with all my nitpicking, and the post-purchase support has been phenomenal. Nerdy Ape is now the only place I will go in the future for my computer needs.

So let me start off by saying that Jay went above and beyond on my PC build. Not only did he complete the build and ship it to me in a record time but the follow up and customer service he provides after the deal is done is top notch. The initial purchase was made on stipulations that he followed through on and continues to do so months and months after the purchase. Also like to note that cable management and cleanliness of the build is superior to any other PCs I’ve had done in the past. THANKS JAY!

If anyone is needing a custom PC built around their budget I highly recommend Nerdy ape gaming. I went into this with no knowledge whatsoever and Jay helped me pick the right parts for the best performance for my budget and we came out with an absolute monster of a Rig. The customer service was exceptional and his prices are better than anyone else around. I would give 10 stars if I could. He was in contact with me through the entire process from day 1 all the way until the day the pc got here.

My experience and why you should give Jay a call at Nerdy Ape Gaming. The only thing my son and I knew about gaming PC was we wanted one. Lucky for me I had two of my friends already work with Jay ant Nerdy Ape and seen first hand how genuine he is. I was still unsure if I wanted to work with them for two reasons, one there’s a lot of other bigger companies out there with house hold names like Alienware or Corsair, and second if I get a prebuilt PC I could get it in a couple days. I started doing research of what I wanted and came close to buying a prebuilt PC but I decided let me call Jay and just discuss it with him. He didn’t try to quickly sell me one of his PCs or bash other companies. He simply wanted to know what I wanted out of the PC so he could point me in the right direction of what kind of build I would need. That phone call and getting to know the person I’m buying from was what actually sold me on going with them. PC arrival day. Got the PC unpacked and called Jay to walk me through the set up process and remote logged in make sure everything was updated and walked me through different things I needed to know about apps and updates. After finishing that day I needed help with something and it was around 10:30pm I sent a message if he could call me when he got time. I was thinking it would be the next day but he called minuets later and walked me through it. Without you knowing someone personally that has worked with jay and nerdy ape gaming take my review as some reinsurance. You are getting the best customer service out anyone has to offer and I will be a returning customer.

If you are new too the pc world or a pro I highly Recommend bringing your Buisness too Nerdy Ape Gaming . I had my PC custom Built by Jay Himself , He awnsered all of my questions, and went through the build process step by step with me. Very honest and easy going transaction. Will be doing all of my future builds through them !
