Last Tuesday I went in with high hopes of getting my Apple Watch repaired. Swollen batter from old age, no big deal they said. They told me they should have it done that night. Awesome!! Called me back about 20 minutes later to say they didn’t have the part, no big deal! I asked when they thought it would be done, they said by Thursday. Great I wouldn’t be in town until next Tuesday anyways. I come in today (Tuesday) to be told they don’t have the part and it won’t be done until later tonight if not tomorrow. Well, I avidly work out and I am about to take a vacation where I will be hiking a lot and wanted to track that. I was also put off by the lack of communication. They didn’t bother to tell me they hadn’t received the parts yet or worked on my watch. They also glued down my screen without asking if that was okay before doing so (even though I was standing in the store) and left adhesive all over it. Also, when I walked in the store this morning to pick up my watch the guy who was at the counter (that I had to deal with for the rest of my encounters with them today) wouldn’t stop staring at my chest! 👍🏻 -100/10

I have a completely negative experience while I tried to repair my MacBook. I was speaking to Daniel, who got mad at me because I was asking him to repeat the address for the new store. How do I even trust this technician whose attitude is so poor?

My girlfriend and I scheduled an appointment for 2. We got there about 30 minutes early and the doors were locked. No sign on the door. Store hours states the store is open. So we wait until 2. The doors were still locked. Currently can't suggest getting work done here if you can even get into the store.

Very helpful. Scheduled my appointment online for a discount. Quick turnaround for glass replacement on one of my iPhones. Good prices on cases. Knew what everything would cost once I came back for pickup. Would recommend if you’re debating on going elsewhere.

We had a great experience at your store! My husbands iPhone charging port had been acting up for a while. He could never get it to charge without messing with the cord for countless minutes! We decided to stop in to the store to get an estimate for how much it would cost to get it fixed. A friendly employee took a look at it and told us that he felt like maybe there was dust in the port and wanted to take a quick look. He pulled dust bunnies that weren’t visible to the eye out of the port and it worked perfectly when he plugged a charger into it! We had already taken the phone to AT&T and they said our only real option was to replace it! We were so thankful for his knowledge! We asked how much we owed and he told us that it was free of charge! He saved us a ton of money and an unnecessary phone upgrade! We will forever bring our iPhones to this business! Thanks for great service!!
