I had him put some new joysticks in my Nintendo Switch Lite, and he did a perfect job. What's great about this repair shop in particular is they'll help you with unique requests; most other shops in the area turned me down.

Wonderful and kind customer service, very open about what they can offer and what they'd be able to do. I had some trouble contacting them regarding updates, but thankfully I live nearby and was able to check in person, and they were always accommodating for that. I had a laptop with fan noise coming from one side, and they were able to tell me that they could not find the fan replacement online, but could do a general service and clean and see if that would be enough, since the fan was still working. Since then my laptop has been noise free for a great price. Would definitely recommend their business!

Up until now I would have ranted and raved about this business about how well of a job they do with repairing my phone at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner, but as of late they have been lacking severely. Got my screen repaired and there was a dead pixel on my screen, and the screen would flicker. The owner said it was due to my damaged housing and battery, but when I took it into another repair store they refuted this claim and I decided not to pursue it. Today my phone screen would not light up, as if a connector had been loosened. It was not dropped, and I brought it in and they were gracious enough to stay 30 minutes past closing to make sure I had my phone for my work. 1 hour goes by, and now my speakers are malfunctioning. I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere from now on, considering every time I’ve gone in recently a new problem arises shortly thereafter. All in all, great business as far as pricing / customer service, but seems to neglect the finer things in customer service and business practices.

10/10 would recommend the customer service as well as the service is absolutely stupendous. I came in for a phone screen repair and the lovely lady threw in a screen protector for no extra charge. As I was waiting for my phone screen to be repaired, I pick up a magazine, flip to the first page and as I’m flipping to the second my phone was done being repaired like some sort of magic trick. As I inspect the work, I’m memorized at how good I look on the front camera when I realize, that my phone was off and in reality I was looking at my own reflection of my brand new furnished and polished iPhone 11 Pro Max screen— needless to say I was amazed. As I was showing my friends I got congratulated on my new iPhone purchase— you should’ve seen their faces when I told them all I did was got the screen fixed.

Sent in a laptop for screen repair. They said two days. A week later i called, since they hadnt contacted me. they said two more days. A week later i called sinve they still hadnt contacted me. they said they hadnt ordered the part yet. I took the laptop back and will look somewhere else.
