This place is not a business that I’d recommend ever. I was due a refund for a PS 5 system & every time I asked about the progress of it, there was an excuse. Josh was rude the last day I talked to him because I called to check on it for the third time. I was told that they would get back with me with a receipt of the refund and was expecting a call back with an update but never received it until I called again. I know there’s a process on the return but when someone tells me that they are going to call me back, that’s what i expect to happen. I should not have to keep calling for a refund that’s due to me then get unprofessionalism behind it. Just all around terrible service, especially since the PS5 went in for one thing, got it back & it kept shutting off. Then turned out that it didn’t work because of a panel issue that wasn’t there before, I found that out when I called back to check on it for the third time. They knew this & didn’t make a call to let me know. I guess I was to know that it was just sitting up there not fixed. Just a bad experience overall. Good luck of you decide to deal with them.

Highly recommend not going should have listened to the negative reviews. Went in to get my cracked screen fixed got a phone that couldn't make calls anymore. Got jerked around for a couple of weeks took a refund and figured I would end up with a phone that resembled what I brought in. Ended up with a phone in pieces and employees so unbothered with righting the situation.

Older gentleman used to be there isnt. Young guy took care of our phone, but has extremely high prices for the work done. Older gentleman was very fair with his prices & faster

I just wanted to say thank you!! They went above and beyond for me!! They fixed it once..it wasn't exactly right, I took it back and they ordered EVERYTHING new for my phone! And it is absolutely perfect 👌! And no charge of course for the second repair!! And they are super nice! Thank you 😊

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Was there 20 minutes before the store closed so I could have them do a repair for me this week, but they were closed. Go elsewhere
