It has been months since my pc build and I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional services provided by JAY'S. The store's staff demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and skill. They completed the building of my PC when I couldn't complete it on my own, showcasing their expertise in computer hardware assembly, ensuring that my system was assembled correctly and without any hiccups. It's always refreshing to find a store that values its customers and provides quality services without breaking the bank. Without more to add, these months there has not been any problems with my PC.

Everyone was so friendly! James was able to find me a used video card at the fraction of the cost of a new one. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix my tower while I waited. Thank you and I'll be sure to return for a PC checkup. 😀

Jay's Computer's & Repair Service are great, no they are awesome! Jay, James, & I think Tim, (sorry other staff I can't remember your name,) are ALL great computer techs and great people. If your having problems, don't mess things up worse, STOP, take the computer to Jay's to get it fixed. I understand computers and tech fee's cane be expensive, but save some money up, quit going out to eat, stop smoking, drink less, and take the money and get your computer fixed by Jay or JAMES, or Tim. The whole s/taff is great. I was having Windows 7 issues, I didn't update till today, 02/08/2020. Microsoft STOPPED sending patches, updating their Windows software in December of 2019. My machine started to show issues and I took it straight to Jay's, a few days later it's back and ALL my data was still there. You won't regret going to Jay's. Thanks again guys and gals. J.R.

Jay has always been able to help my mom when she mad her computer upset with her. He has fixed two of mine, always up front with pricing and how long it takes. You can’t find people like that now. Jay is a great addition to our local retailers, especially when you don’t need to drive to Evansville to have this work done

I contacted Jay's through their online messaging system with a pretty far-out fix. They responded VERY quickly and helped determine that parts were not available. Chris went beyond what I would normally expect (especially having lived on the west coast and several other countries) to try and help. You better believe I'm coming to Jay's when I need electronics repair work done, and I'm recommending to my friends!
