Jasper is INCREDIBLE! He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I went into the repair shop because my son’s phone wasn’t charging. Jasper quickly diagnosed the issue by cleaning the charging port and asked that I wait for bit just to make sure the phone would hold a charge. I did as he requested and a little while later he comes back to let me the phone is charging properly! My son is happy and I am as well. I can now continue on with my day. Thank you, Jasper!

I pointed out that the iPad screen they installed had the colors completely off and washed out, and the rep basically wrote off my concerns as “within spec” with his scientific eyeball test, and that there was nothing they could do about it being a low quality aftermarket part. They had refunded my money from the last faulty part they installed on it, so not much they can do, so I guess I live with my garbage screen or pay to have apple or another company to do it right. Also don’t expect Face ID to work if these guys work on it. I would also add that the rep was rude and dismissive, it could have been handled tactfully but he instead acted like a dick and let me know iPads don’t have good screens anyhow. Would not recommend.

Pete is a wizard, the good kind. My phone was charging worse and worse until it wouldn’t charge. He was able to sort it out quickly.

Dropped my phone (which I do almost daily) but today it dropped just right (or wrong) and the screen cracked. Had Verizon protection coverage and they sent me here. Fast, friendly and completely fixed in about 2 hours. Dropped off the phone, did some errands and bam! Good as new!! Love the service. Will be back for any additional electronic repairs!!!

This company saved the day for me. I just paid my Galaxy S22 off a few months ago when the power button stopped working. I didn't get it to a charger in time and unfortunately the battery died and I couldn't get it to turn back on. I thought the phone was a lost cause until I found this place. They fixed my phone in a matter of minutes and saved me over a thousand dollars! Thank You!
