I had an outstanding experience with the team at Mac experience. Their communication and customer service was second to none. They are located in a shared business space type area that has a coffee shop and it as well. We will definitely continue to use Mac experience for all of our computer Service and repair needs.

After examining and diagnosing my PowerBeats Pro ("device") MacExperience breached a written promise to repair my device. On August 15, 2024, I brought my device into a MacExperience shop with a pairing issue. The clerk observed the pairing issue and advised that my item was under warranty and would be repaired. The "system" was down, so I hand wrote my name, email address, mailing address, and phone number on a sheet of paper that contained no disclaimer or "fine print." More importantly, the clerk, after examining my device, wrote "won't pair" as my device's issue. As detailed below an shown in the exhibits, MacExperience (1) confirmed the diagnosis and (2) provided written assurance to repair or arrange for the repair of my device. On August 16, 2024, I received the following update from MacExperience: "Our technicians have diagnosed your repair and ordered part(s). Once the part(s) have arrived, the technician will begin the repair and you will be notified when the repair has been completed." (See Exhibit B). On August 19, 2024, I received the update that, "Our technicians have shipped your device to one of Apple's repair centers for repair. Most mail-in repairs take 5-10 days from the time they are shipped to be completed and returned to our store." However, MacExperience, notified me that would not honor their written promise because an Apple technician detected "liquid damage" with no further explanation. Neither the MacExperience clerk nor I observed any liquid damage when the MacExperience clerk examined my device; again, after examining, he wrote "won't pair" on the intake form. When pressed on honoring its written promise, MacExperience blamed "automated notifications." Keep this lack of integrity in mind when determining where to go for a Mac repair.

Terrible Customer service. I hate to mention the fact that we are two different colors & I hate that in 2024 that is still a factor… I was very calm and soft spoken & was yelled at. When asking a simple question about repair time he suggested that I leave my phone there over the weekend Fri-Mon he wasn’t really trying to solve anything but instead be problematic. He also sat my phone on the counter for me to grab after I handed it to him. Moral of the story save your money & go to someone who cares! Attitude was terrible

Took my MacBook in for a key cap that was damaged when the key got stuck. I was quoted $500 to replace the entire keyboard, even though the single key cap is removable and none of the hardware underneath was damaged. Additionally, they quoted $70 for diagnostics when the issue was clearly explained and visible. On top of this my model of MacBook is supposed to have a FREE repair program for sticky keys (including replacing the keyboard). They tried to sell me a new computer instead of servicing my current one. Went home and ordered a replacement key cap for 30 cents and installed it by myself in 10 seconds.

Don't fight the mall. This small store is located in what looks like a warehouse, that has been converted to a multi-use / multi-tennant facility. Sign in at the desk (only thing I didn't like) walk down the hall and the mac experience is there in a cozy space. Nothing flashy, or over-produced. Just enough to get the job done. I dropped off my macbook with a blank screen - as it turns out the problem was what I expected it to be - a bad display. I was told it would take 3 business days to get a diagnosis. I had the diagnosis report in my hand the same day. Chris was fast and professional. The cost of the repair was high due to parts cost, but Mac Experience prices were as good as the 'grey market' that I would have turned to to fix it myself. The problem was even at Mac Experiences good price -- it was still high enough I couldn't justify the expense. I'll avoid the mall in the future, and just go direct to these guys --- they earned my trust.
