I found Charles via a Google search Friday morning while trying to get my laptop fixed. I drop my laptop off at 11 and he told me to come back in an hour and a half and the virus on my computer would be taken care of. An hour later, Charles called me and my laptop was good as new. 10/10 would recommend!

Admittingly, I have no computer experience and needed a laptop and my home computer updated. Once I explained my situation, Indy-Tech provided me with an awesome laptop and was able to upgrade my home computer for a very reasonable price. I took my laptop(2 years old) in because it was moving slow. He said it was viruses and he could fix it no problem. Paid him in FULL via cashapp $145. When I picked it up it was worse off and I can’t even use it now. I called him and told him, and he said bring it back in, but why should I? Indy tech did an outstanding job. He repaired my son's gaming PC AND a MacBook Air. Excellent customer service and fair prices. I was also provided a full refund when my computer did not require a new battery. I highly recommend.
