Honest. Quick. Quality. I couldn’t get my laptop to turn on, I took it in to have the DC jack replaced so it would take a charge. Low and behold it didn’t even need a replacement, just needed a motherboard reset and update. Really grateful for them running the tests and concluding a proper diagnosis and not trying to upsell the replacement it turns out I didn’t need. Will 100% be back with any computer repair needs I have.

Sweetest people! I came in for a laptop repair because I wasn't fully comfortable & certain of all the steps I needed to take. The person at the front walked me through all of the steps, and upon realizing I had the cables and an okay amount of knowledge about computers, she told me I had everything to do the repair myself. You can tell she loves the craft, I highly recommend you go to them! She also said that if I'm somehow not able to put the laptop back together, she'd be able to assist. 11/10 people

My hinge broke on my Dell Inspirion, cheap hinges I must say, I called DELL, out of warranty and they wanted my computer 15 days and could not tell me how much or when it would be done. I remembered Indy Laptops from many walks I used to take from my office at lunch, Gene said "no problem" we see this a lot, New Years Eve I took it in, New Years Eve it was fixed 3 hours later. Dell should be ashamed of themselves and use Indy Laptops as their repair shop

They took care of multiple issues with my son's laptop so quickly. We thought we had bricked it completely, but they took care of the hardware issue and restored the OS that we had corrupted trying to fix it ourselves. It was all fixed the same day. Now it's running great again, boots up perfectly. Thanks!!

My boyfriend went in to see why his laptop GPU fan was making so much noise and have it fixed. They handled it very professionally and were extremely friendly. Great work!
