I experienced Five Star Plus customer service yesterday at Indy Cellular 4Less. With obvious expertise and a lot of patience, both gentlemen, Allen and Demitru, helped me to pick out an emergency replacement phone during their last hour before closing. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, and set on helping you even when pushed for time. I'm very happy with both the customer service and my purchase!

Went in to trade my S24 Ultra for a Pixel 9 in an even trade. I called ahead of time and let them know I would get there 10 minutes before they closed due to construction on the south side of the circle, along with an accident that backed up traffic on the east side. The person who picked up said that would be fine. Regardless, I apologized for getting there so late because I didn't want to be the guy who tied them up right before they closed. I got there and there were already 3 people ahead of me, and when they did get to me, there was a problem verifying that my phone was unlocked, so they asked me to call my provider and get an email to verify it. Unfortunately due to some communication errors, they weren't able to get me the information they needed, to which the employee at Indy Cellular 4Less said he could just verify it on his end. After inspecting my phone, I got the Pixel 9 along with a receipt, well after they closed. I apologized again for having taken up so much of their time after hours, to which he said that was fine because they were waiting on a guy with an iPad anyway. Right before I left, they asked me to hang on because they had to do further inspection...this was very odd, considering I already had the Pixel 9 in hand with receipt. After a few more moments, they noticed a tiny knick on the top part of the screen above the viewport. I had a screen protector on since Day 1 of owning this phone, and that knick was just above where the screen protector stopped so the rest of the screen was flawless, and the knick was not on the viewable part of the screen (I attached a picture for reference). Regardless, they asked for an additional $75 so that they could fix it before reselling it. Keep in mind, this was AFTER I was handed the phone AND the receipt. It was my property at that point, but because I didn't want to make a scene and the employee was very polite, I decided I would just take back my S24 Ultra. It was a very uncomfortable situation to be in since I was well within my legal right to just leave with the Pixel 9, but both of the employees were very polite and it dissuaded me from just walking out. Indeed, they failed to do a proper inspection of the phone which is not my fault, and gave me the Pixel 9 and receipt, but then pulled the rug out from underneath me. That's not right, I've been talking about my experience with friends, and I'll never do business here again.

Indy Cellular 4 Less is a simply amazing business. I came because my charging port was broken. The owner helped me and cleared the problem within 10 minutes and most definitely brightened my day and saved me hundreds of dollars and didn’t charge me for the amazing life saving service. That's a lie, the seller said it was a new phone, just without a box, but I trusted you. It's not the first time I've bought something, but if you have audio, as you say, you'll be able to hear your seller say it's a new phone and not used. But anyway, that's how people are when they just want to sell something dishonest. I didn't damage my phone because I didn't pay 200 dollars for it. They're liars, because the seller didn't even show his face, he hid.

Had a miscommunication between me and the sales representative when going in to fix my screen. After speaking with the manager, who is very responsive about his business, he sorted everything out and made sure I left satisfied. I was definitely satisfied, and they did a wonderful job fixing my screen and took less time than was told.
