The folks at CPR are solid! My phone (Samsung S22) has a swollen battery. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at the same day I noticed the problem, but unfortunately they had to order the battery because they didn't have one in stock. Isaac was friendly and gave me a really reasonable quote ahead of time, and agreed to email me when the replacement was available (rather than calling because, well, broken phone and all that). The battery did take about 5 days to come in, but once I got back to the shop, they had it repaired in under an hour for the same price I was quoted (about a fifth the price of a replacement phone). Would definitely bring my devices back here!

No one else would help me fix one of our work POS systems. I called multiple places previously who said they could help and when I brought the machine in and they actually looked, they would tell me that they couldn’t actually fix it. Isaac and Juan were awesome! They were very patient and prompt and got everything fixed up. I would highly recommend their services! Really great customer service!

To me the fishers location is better customer service wise. I been using CPR company for years and was once told at this location that they would refuse to work on my front screen of my iPhone because my back had a small crack in it. Then I took it to the Fishers Location and they replace the front screen with no problem. Also, this location never answers the phone. It states that they close Sundays at six and sometimes I don’t get off till 530 so I’ll call like 30 minutes before it closes and no one answers. Otherwise, their prices on laptops are reasonable.

Came in and expected to pay money for a new charging port and they said lets try cleaning it first…saved me a lot of money… Will definitely be back!
