Marvin did an amazing job fixing my moms laptop! After almost 4 years of "borrowing" it, I pushed it to its limits with Adobe and Autodesk. After buying a new laptop recently I wanted to reset the other one to give it back to my mom. Unfortunately, the computer had enough of my shenanigans and shut down completely. I tried to fix it myself but have very limited knowledge and didn't want to damage it. So instead I found Marvin to help me out. He was very fast and effective. Did a wonderful job at communicating what the issue was and what to do to keep the laptop updated and in good condition. I appreciate his help a lot. I dropped my laptop off on a Wednesday, he fixed it the following day and I was able to pick it up that same day. 100% recommend! :)

I am absolutely blown away. I have been dealing with an issue regarding the ports on my computer for about a month now and was close to just RMA’ing my motherboard. I have a family member who had gotten things fixed by this company before, so I decided to get one final opinion before replacing my motherboard. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, super communicative, gave me additional tips to help keep my computer up to date, cleaned all the dust out for me, and ran test before sending me back home. This is the place to go! I have 0 complaints. I will definitely be back if I have any problems with my PC in the future :)
