Jeremy and Alexis were amazing. Amazing staff and management. Phone out of the box had camera issues covered under Samsung warranty. This is a corporate location in Highland, Indiana and they are the best! Great staff and service and kindness. Give these guys a raise. Samsung Ultra 24 fixed! Thank you!!!!

Stopped in to drop off an Amazon kindle trade in. Super easy peasy. I happened to mention that my iPhone’s speaker/earpiece had very low volume. It was so bad I almost decided to upgrade a few weeks ago to a new model, but really didn’t want to spend $1,000+ for a new one. The employee (Ben?) who was helping me said it might just be debris on the speaker and said he’d take a quick look at it. 10 minutes later he came back out with a perfectly working and sounding iPhone. He saved me a bunch of money and didn’t even charge me for this “repair”. Highly recommended business. They turned me into a loyal customer.

Store is filthy, employees refuse to return calls of call when they tell you they will. Waited 9 days for a repair that should have been same day as they allegedly had my part in stock but had to contact Samsung for warranty coverage. 2 different employees told me they were having problems getting responses from Samsung. Multiple red flags and waiting for my phone 5 days longer than promised. Employees seem to no sense of urgency or care about customers. Not sure if location issue or company problem, but unacceptable regardless.

Rep was not attentive to assisting in the claim. Rep simply directed me to call a number and went to the back of the store. Asurian rep requested to communicate something to rep, and I had to attempt to get a rep to come back to front of store. I would recommend going to a different location for your device needs.
