These guys totally rock! They were able to salvage and transfer all of my programs and data from my old computer that died, and load it on to a new one. I also had trouble with some old programs, but they saved them as well and brought them up to date! I appreciate their work and their patience as they had to teach this old dog some new tricks! And they were kind and considerate while helping me! Great team and super helpful! Thanks!!!

I came in with a phone that had a bunch of pop ups that wouldn't go away. The guy working was extremely helpful and patient with me. He was able to fix it quickly and get me on my way. I highly recommend coming here if you have any phone issues. Great service!!!!

I stopped in today because my charging port got wet, I actually went to irepair Indy right before and they were rude and was going to charge me $40 to blow it out after I just paid them $40 4 days prior to clean the port and it’s a new 16, anyhow, Tyler was great! He fixed my phone in a minute and was super nice and no charge! This place is great and is now my go to for any phone issues. I highly recommend!

They got me in same day since they had the screen for my phone and I just needed that replace. Had it back within 4 hours which is great. Service rep interactions at the store seemed scripted but whatever, repair was done well and quickly. 4 stars because it costs almost $200 to replace the screen on a 3+ year old phone. Almost went and just bought a new one for $100 more but I didn't feel like migrating stuff. Not sure cost on parts but could just be inflation.

First, I'll start off by saying, the gentleman that I spoke with at the store was very kind and professional and assisted as best he could. He even gave me an alternative for the issue I was having with my PlayStation 3. The reason for the 1-star review, is simply because the ubreakifix website specifically has Yellow Light of Death as a repair option (please reference photo from their site taken on 01/22/25). However, this is not a service they provide at this location.
