DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE!!! Background: My IPhone 14 pro was cracked on the back, as well as on the cameras. I brought my phone in to this facility on Thursday, January 2nd 2025. We (my mother and I) had trouble contacting this company to begin with, as none of the associates could answer our questions. We were told to “call back tomorrow because the owner will be here.” Once we gathered some more information on rather or not they could complete the repair, we decided to bring the phone in on January 2nd. We were told the repair would take 5 hours, and we dropped the phone off at 10:00 am. We were called to be told the repair was complete around 4:30 pm, 6 1/2 hours later. I picked up the phone, and it appeared to look decent. Two days later, the entire back of the phone and cameras were once again shattered. (Photo attached of the damage) The phone was not dropped, hit, or damaged in any way. It was used as normal, with no abnormal occurrences. My mother and I assume the issue could have been with cheap glass products being used in the repair or the repair not being given enough time to cure before being used again. Today, on January 7th 2025, my mother attempted to get into contact with the company to let them know what had occurred. The associate claimed they were “having a bad morning” and that they would have the owner call her back later. The owner soon returned her call, and was immediately speaking in a non friendly manner. After my mother explained the scenario, the owner claimed that “that couldn’t have happened.” He followed that with stating “well i’m not going to fix it for free.” And also said, “you know how kids lie, she’s probably lying to you about dropping it.” (Keep in mind I am 21 years old) After a continued conversation, with more dissatisfying comments from the owner, he told my mother that if she left a review on the company, he would contact his attorney. We are now out over $220 for a phone and cameras that are still shattered, no reimbursement or secondary repair from the company, and a distaste left in our mouths from the lack of customer service from this company. All to say, be weary taking anything to the company for repairs and most definitely do not take your devices to this company for crack repairs.

My phone was not properly fixed as it spider cracked again within 3 days. . The owner accused my adult daughter could be lying and dropped it causing it to break. Of course this very much upset me as she had not lied it had a small spider crack in it not shattered as if it was dropped. I stated I paid over $199 to fix it and disagreed with paying $199 when it was not done correctly. I asked what he could do to meet in the middle as I did not feel it was fair I paid for the back glass to be fixed and it obviously was not done correctly. The owner threatened to contact his attorney if I left a review.

i thought i’d give this place a try since the reviews were all good. i made the biggest mistake. i went in for a battery change on an iPhone 12 mini. dude quoted me 45 mins, cool. so when i came back, he showed me that my whole screen was messed up. it was NOT that way when i brought it in. then he proceeds to tell me that it was my fault, because i didn’t let him know if there were any scratches on the phone. WHAT?! First of all, if that’s something that affects the ability to change the battery, you should have asked me. and two, you should have checked it to make sure assuming you do this work day to day. the audacity. i went in with a phone i bought not even 2 weeks ago, refurbished but in great condition and walked out with a completely unusable phone. i literally had to go spend money i DONT HAVE to get a new phone at best buy after. do not go here. he wouldn’t even call the owner and talk to him about it bc he was supposedly at the vet, but that is a big deal messing someone’s phone up to that extent. never in a million years would i think id go in for a battery change & come out with an unusable phone. 🙄 please, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. to a professional, or even the Apple store. EDIT: now the owner is claiming they offered to replace the screen to make themselves look better, but let’s be clear: they offered to order the screen for me, but i would have to pay for it. they absolutely did not offer to just “replace” my screen they broke.

Terrible customer service!! Rude!! rip off! I have a brand new 16 iPhone I paid $40 for them to clean my port out because it got wet. I went back a few days later because I used a wet charger and they were going to charge me $40 to put some air in my phone so I went across the street to Ubreakifix 0ff 31 and fry rd and Tyler fixed my phone and 60 seconds for free. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Go across the street! It’s way better!
