Went in to get battery replaced on iPhone 12pro. Battery has been bad for awhile and I got a gift card for Best Buy so I figured I’d use it for the battery. When I got in they started the diagnoses on my phone, whee doing it the person asked if she could show my phone to the tech. Of course since they be working on it. They looked at the camera lenses in the back of the phone and one is cracked and another is gone since it cracked a long time ago and I peeled the broken glass off. They said they can’t replace the battery as moisture would get in through the camera and they recommend a completely new phone. I asked why and they said apple’s policy says that. I walked out and called apple and told the girl on the phone what had happened and asked her and she said they don’t have any such policy and that didn’t make sense for moisture to get in through the camera, and if I wanted to spend my money to replace the battery that’s my prerogative. She said it seems like they did t want to repair it. I have an appointment set up for the Apple Store for tomorrow where they will happily take my money and fix me phone.

I had an appointment to replace my IPhone battery today. The gentleman who assisted me was Chris. He was friendly, laid back, informative and helpful. I was rather pleased with my experience but the reason I choose 4 out of 5 stars is because I was told it would be no longer than 40 mins when I set the appointment. It was more like an hour and a half. Other then that it was a great experience, awesome customer service and the phone is working perfectly.

My iPhone 6 was eligible for the battery upgrade so my nearest service provider was this location. They took my phone at nearly the exact time of the appointment and repaired it quicker than expected. The employee that took my information and cashed me out was professional and treated my kids (3 & 5) great. No complaints from me.

I have been paying month to month on my phone insurance for Geek Squad. Come to find out it stops after 2 years no matter if you still pay on time. I never received an email for them saying my plan is coming to an end. Rather disappointed I went in end of last year but due to covid was extremely hard to get an appointment. Now that I was able to get an appointment it's already to late and my phone is no longer covered. Will be last phone I buy out right from BEST BUY. figured paying cash up front may treat ya better. I was wrong. Now phone has crack in screen and they are no help. Spent over an hour on phone plus had to wait in the store. I'd like

Shad came out and was extremely helpful getting both my washer and dryer taken care of. I highly recommend buying the warranty on large appliances. While it's an obnoxiously long wait for your appointment, the workers who come out are totally awesome. We had another guy named Steve that came out at another point who was helpful as well. Shad went way above the call of duty even following up the next day to be sure everything was working well. I am totally impressed with the quality of people they have have something for geek squad!!
