Here is a summary if you don't wish to read my whole review. They have excellent service and go the extra mile for their costumers. Working with them genuinely brought me joy. I brought my laptop in that was having several issues although it wasn't clear the cause. I told them up front that I didn't want to put too much money into it if it had significant issues. When I first got there they gave me a few thoughts they had about what the issue was. I forgot my power cable so I returned a hour later and they had already started testing my hard drive. Then they called me back a few hours later with final results. At this point it was likely clear to them that at the very least I would need to replace my SSD and that it would be expensive. However, this didn't deter them from spending much more time to understand exactly what the issue was. Several days later they called me again to tell me that they had done a full diagnostic. There was an issue with cooling related to power to my motherboard. In the process they had seen a small puff of smoke that they couldn't confirm want their fault so THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THEIR DIAGNOSTIC WORK. I was dumbstruck and almost felt that I was taking advantage of their kindness by not paying anything for all of the time and expertise they had given me. They could probably have just said it was too expensive after the first day and called it quits but they didn't stop until they knew exactly what the issue was. In summary, they have excellent service and go the extra mile for their costumers. Working with them genuinely brought me joy.

Amazing customer service! Super fast. I had been waiting to go to Best Buy to get my laptop fixed but my boyfriend recommended this place. They were able to help him bypass a reboot screen we couldn't get out of. They found the issue right away and resolved it in minutes. My laptop needed some repairs and they were able to help just as fast too! Definitely recommend this place for your laptop needs. No need to wait around to make an appointment and go all the way to Mishawaka.

Glen and his staff are amazing. They are always there when you need them and know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable and have a genuine care for what your needs are and are willing to go up an above the call of duty to make sure you are running smoothly. I would highly recommend them for any of your computer needs. Kudos Glen and staff on providing excellent customer service. Due to there amazing service they are stuck with us for life!

My PC turned off and was completely unresponsive and I was unsure of what happened. Within the next day I took it these awesome dudes and they figured out and called me to let me know what they should do next (order the new part and replace it or give it back to me). Not only did they fix it within the same week, they kept me informed, AND made me feel like a priority. Prices were great and broken down to explain all charges. Highly recommend and trust, I would go back again if I have anymore problems.

I took my laptop and desktop to them to either fix or tell me they were not worth fixing. Coleman quickly diagnosed the systems that I had and informed me that keeping the computers would be the best way to go. He quoted me a very fair price ( far below the cost of even one new computer) and fixed both computers in one day. I picked them up and paid the quoted price and both computers are much faster. Great place to get straight forward and honest service for your computer needs.
