Words cannot begin to describe how happy I am right now. I thought my new Xeon project was going to be dead in the water when I found out the x58 motherboard I bought was an early x58 motherboard that didn't support the later Xeons for the socket. During my research, I discovered a modification that would allow the motherboard, EVGA X58 SLI, to support these processors, the Westmere mod. To make the board compatible, a 0 ohm resistor needed to be moved from one connection to another. These resistors are absolutely tiny and I had no way to reliably do this modification myself. Thankfully I found Wayne PC Tech. They did the micro-solder job for me at an agreeable price and the board booted just beautifully. Windows 10 installed without issue. The motherboard doesn't even look modified, it was done so professionally. I will absolutely be coming back in the future for any computer micro-soldering needs.

Brought in tablet to repair. Charged $300 plus shipping for parts and labor. When I came for pick up he told me frame had been bent but he flattened it all out. 2 weeks later I used tablet for a short time, pen isn’t writing like normal. I call store owner to coordinate a drop off. When I go to take it to shop owner next day glass is cracking right from the area that he supposedly bent straight. He tells me he can’t do anything aside from warranty it through Apple. I ask for trade ins or refund, he denies. My career depends on these iPads… 2 weeks later he states warranty was denied. Nothing he can do. None of the ordering or requesting had any documentation provided but I’m expected to act in good faith. He also notified me over the last conversation that they have a 1 week repair guarantee, and it had been 2 weeks (convenient). Hope the $300+ dollars was worth it. He recommended that I take my claim to otterbox and have them replace the tablet as I had him put the repaired tablet in the otterbox. A complete waste of my time and money. Strongly Considering small claims court.

Highly recommend. The first time I used their services they were able to recover over a decades worth of photos for me I attempted to transfer to a large hard drive. I had taken it to another shop and spent hours on the photo with the drives customer service techs but they both were unable to get them back. When Wayne PC was successful I brought them in a phone to see if they could retrieve my my deleted photos from it as well. This time they weren't able to do so but only because as it turns out (slaps forehead) they were never on the that phone to begin with. My mistake but man did they try. When I shattered my screen last week I went back again. It's never "cheap" but my memories are priceless and they are at the mercy of what manufacturers charge for parts. Regardless they are competitively priced and always so friendly and fast.

If i could give zero stars i absolutely would i dont even feel comfortable leaving a one star review.I purchased a xr iphone on sept 23 about two maybe 3 weeks later the phone wouldnt charge, The "owner" stated that the battery was unplugged and that he plugged it back in.The phone worked fine for a week and then did the same thing so i took it back and the "son" stated it was a bad battery and then when i mentioned i had just recently purchased the phone and what would that cost me.He then proceeds to put my battery back in and told me its working fine now that he does not know what the problem is and is not interested in trying to help me at this point so i ask for my phone case and he goes in the back and then hands me my phone and im looking at it as im still trying to ask questions and i see he had cracked the top left of my phone by the camera i confront him and tell him that my phones cracked he looks at me stupid so i left completely upset because what can little peon me do in that situation?Nothing. .. I then take it somewhere else because im not getting any answers and buy a brand new battery(sunday 11/5),the phone works but is not charging and showing that it is charging.I take it back to this dirty facility and they tell me i bought a bad battery.I tell them no it works it wont charge even though it shows charging he plugs my phone in for ten mins and then tells me i was right and come to find out it was the charging chip he then tells me thats 199$ i tell him im so frustrated ive had the phone for a whole whopping 36 days even though the sign on his wall says all purchases have 90 day warrenty i bring that up to him next thing i know he wants my receipt and i said i need my phone if i could use his battery to show the day i used my card he then hesitantly did and as im using the phone i see a perfectly round water drop from behind my screen start to drip down the front of my screen and im showing him real time as a perfectly round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser is dripping down showing Cesar in motion real time and the water trail it is leaving behind it. He then starts yelling louder saying i brought him a broken phone as more customers are walking in and im in tears because this is just so insane.I stated if it wasnt you it was your worker and he says "thats my son he wouldnt do that,i have cameras" so i said ok well show me then and i wont say a word .He then says i have customers and no time to look.I said i will wait till every single customer is gone and then changes his attitude to a very arrogant persona and says come back next Tuesday to show me and knowing there nothing i can do at this point i just leave and 400$ invested and a phone i had less than 40 days that is now cracked(sat) and has water behind the screen(mon).I know they injected my screen with a drop of water with a needle nose dropper because water damage is the only thing that Voids any warranty or the "son" was upset because i told Cesar about him cracking my phone or probably a combination of both.It was the most crooked situation ive had to experience in my life.If this is how they have been doing business no wonder there Challenger pkwy store off Washington ctr is closed and they must really be hurting for money if they have to go as far to sabotage a customers phone for money and if not money for spite..I cant wait to see what kind of twisted response they come up with for the reply to this reveiw. After reading some past replys to others issues reviews they have had i totally believe every single one of the complaints ,its sad you should be shut down and Cesar what goes around comes around and i dont think you have enough crystals for that kind of karma.God bless your crooked souls.
