My phone was ran over by a truck. I took it to the geek squad who informed me that they couldn't repair my phone. Not wanting to purchase a new phone where I would be out of hundreds of dollars and unable to restored all my data. I Search the web and found uBreakiFix. They fixed my laptop in about a week’s time. My battery needed replaced in an old Apple laptop. They predicted two weeks. I was surprised when I got the text that my computer was done earlier . I would recommend them for computer repair. Great quality, fast service, Great customer service!

The first time I came in, my phone was very messed up. Regardless, they had it fixed completely within an hour. They offered multiple different payment options, for example, if I’d like a screen protector with the phone or if I’d want some type of protection plan on it. They put forth the effort in finding those things for me, where most places I’d have to ask. About a week later the left side of my screen randomly decided to stop working. I went back in and explained the situation and they repaired it without having me pay any extra fee. Extremely helpful, fast, and flexible.

I had 2 Xbox One Xs that had problems, 1 that I had for a long time and stopped working for some reasons about a year ago and a family member let me borrow theirs then until now. That one stopped working as well. I was very impressed by how well the techs here diagnosed the problems, how quick they were with resolutions, and how generous & considerate they were with my time and resources. For a small amount of money and time, both were fully diagnosed and one was fixed within a couple of days, not the two weeks that were estimated!
