Techy Fort Wayne - Cell Phone & Computer Repair Service

Called them because I thought I needed a charging port replaced on my phone and their price was competitive so I went in to leave a deposit so thet could order the part. The tech asked to look at my phone and found an obstruction. He cleaned it out and sent me on my way at no charge!! You have to appreciate an honest business! Thank you!!

Great service, techs are very chill. I convinced my dad to repair his cell phone since he loved it but the charge port was not working properly. I asked them to change the port and replace the battery since the phone was a little old and they even warned me that the already-cracked glass back would be further damaged when opening the phone and didn't push for the extra repair since I didn't care for it. Turns out the charge port connection was damaged beyond repair which was a shame but the tech explained it very concisely and gave me the option of canceling the repair. I did and they refunded me half of my deposit (the deposit was half the total price) which I'd consider fair since they had to order parts for me. Only annoyance is that I was given a 2 hour wait time and didn't get a call back after over 2 hours even though the repair was stopped halfway through but the tech was busy so I can understand that. Got some coupons and will come back.

Best tech repair shop in Fort Wayne. It’s a very neat and nice establishment in a great location. They repaired my iPhone 13 back glass the same day I brought it in. They were super quick as it only took about three hours. They’re also the only place around that will replace it with a high quality glass that includes the Apple logo. The pricing is very fair and the employees are very helpful, welcoming, and kind. When I left they even sent me with a coupon for my next repair. Could not have asked for a better business to work with. This will be the only place I go from now on. I cannot give this business a high enough rating.

Thank you so much Tecchy. Such a life saver. We run a business and my husband ran his cell phone over. We didn’t have things being backed up correctly and thought we had lost all contacts and text messages. He threw the phone in the trash can. Luckily I seen it and took it out and decided to call around. I called this place and they said bring it in and we will see what we can do. This phone was absolutely busted up. They did a data recovery for us and was able to restore everything onto a drive for us. Very reasonably priced. Quick service and they keep you up to date on what’s going on. I highly recommend them. Again thank you so much!!!!
