At first everything was great. They replaced my broken iPhone 15 screen quick and it looked great. Great price also. But later that night my screen started acting crazy. Glitching and it almost looked as if someone was touching the screen really fast. So I took it back the next day and they replaced it with a new one. That one worked fine for a couple days, but it DRAINED the battery and the display wouldn’t completely come on sometimes. I wasn’t about to take it back there so I took it to Best Buy where they are Apple trained to fix phones. I was also able to renew my Apple Care so that was really great. Just do the right thing and take it somewhere where they are trained to work on Apple products. Reply to CPR: I was told there was no difference between the off brand and Apple. I asked specifically about it. But there clearly was. Why would I bring my phone back to you?

Very helpful and seemed to be the only ones in town with the right battery for my phone. I don’t like the policy of not reserving a battery when you make an appointment. I drove 2 hours round trip to get my battery replaced with the risk of no battery available. No complaints about about their customer service or competency though.

Brought my phone in on April 5 2024, paid $90 for what I was told was a new battery so the new battery should have given me at least near a full day of charge and it didn't! I called first thing this morning and brought my phone back in today, April 6, Met with Snooty attitude and a lecture about how I shouldn't expect full charge on a brand new battery because of all the apps that I had opened. Was talked over was argued with I was lectured about how they told me yesterday that I was needing a new charging port. I don't like the fact that thanks to the ignorance on their part that I feel I wasted time and money for less than subpar service by this shop. There should have bend no chance when they put in a supposedly new battery yesterday that after I charged my phone to where it reads 100% that it should have only listed 10 hours, not even 13 hours of charge.! So now I'm out $90, and I still have a faulty battery situation in my phone, regardless of my charging port situation!!!!!!! I was hoping that this shop actually had confident courteous staff. That could easily show that they genuinely knew what they were doing and genuinely could fix issues like mine!!!! I've had terrible and rude service at other stores but the lack of service and the lack of care.I received by the especially kid that I encountered when I brought my phone back in today, was trashy!!! He needs to betard how to talk to customers in a civil way, Not in a rude "I don't have time to actually care about your situation" type of a tone. I don't have all the time in the world. And I don't have all the gas in the world.Nor do I have $100+/- to throw around as if it's two cents. Due to my poor experience with these people.I'm not going to suggest anybody patronize them!!!

They were quick to replace my battery and that is functioning great. However, upon getting home and testing some things out the next day I noticed my camera is making a buzzing sound and shakes and can’t focus. Also calls are now dropping. I called in and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. At which I hung up and had to go in. I then found out the tech for IPhones was not working that’s day. So I have to wait and see if they can fix it. As an Apple Certified Repair store I would expect that they would be able to replace a battery without causing more issues. Will update if things change with their customer service and technicians ability to fix the new issues they caused.

I took my 12.9" iPad in to the Ft. Wayne store with a bad charging port. They gave me a price and promised to have it done in 2-3 days. The price was reasonable at $150. They had it done on time and it works perfectly now! Thank you to all but, especially Rachael. She did great work!
