A+ computers was able to help me right away when my laptop decided it didn't want to work anymore. The staff member walked me through steps to address the problem over the phone, and when that didn't work said I could come right in and he would take a look to see if it was a simple fix or if it needed something more involved. Luckily for me, it was a simple (for them!) fix which he did quickly and professionally AND didn't charge me an arm and a leg for. Shout out to Troy - you were wonderful! Will definitely use again if I have any other technical problems crop up.

He has a nasty attitude and smart remarks. Speaking to me as if I'm incompetent I just called to see if I could get help with my laptop explain to him the situation and pick a day for me to come. I can tell who he voted for smh.

These guys have got me out of a jam a few times. Most recently they helped me figure a problem with a pc that wasn't pc related. They didn't try to keep my pc to work on and charge for it when there was no work to be done. Honest, friendly and customer oriented. A rarity in business these days.

I have always gone to A+ Computers for my repairs and assistance. This last time was very traumatic for me because my laptop was too old for Windows 11 and when Firefox updated, I could not run it. Josh was very kind and appreciated my limited financial situation and set me up with an affordable (to me) used updated laptop. I went back several times as I was having issues understanding the new things. My Office documents were being opened in the web and were not working as I am accustomed to. Then disaster hit for me I closed everything down and could not find them again, as well as losing all my email accounts in Outlook! Once again, I walked into A+ and Travis spend almost an hour, getting all my things back the way I had them on the old computer. Restored by email account and everything was there! I am 68 years old and thought I had a grasp on computers, but evidently the ones I understand are the antiques LOL! Now that things are as I had I feel like I have joined this decade! They are called A+ for a reason! ~ Vicki

The staff were all polite and professional BUT... Recently took a 27" iMac there. The 2tb HDD bricked and needed replaced. They quoted about $135-$150 over the phone. I took it over the next day. While there they told me the glass screens on these computers are easy to break and expensive to replace. So they couldn't make any guarantees nothing would happen. At this time they said it'd likely be about double the cost I was quoted on the phone. I needed the computer for my business, and I understood the risk and let them have it. A week goes by, which is fine, and they call to tell me the verdict. The price for parts and labor has increased to $400. And all they refused any reliability for the screen - if taken off and broken, they'd charge $1,000 to replace it. Honestly, I might've let them replace the HDD and paid the $400, but the lack of reliability for their work is what worried me. The potential cost quickly spiraled out of control. I picked it back up, took it home and had the glass screen removed within 20 minutes without a crack using a hair dryer, razor knife and prying plastic (the little triangles you use to open phones). I'll be replacing the HDD myself. I was looking for someone that could do it and not charge an arm and a leg. The initial cost, and even second estimate was fine. But a third that could've ran me $1,400 was insane. The staff was good and polite, but the estimates lost them my business, sadly. I prefer supporting local companies, but yikes. That being said, I'd likely bring my stuff back here if it's not something they consider complicated or a liability.
