We originally took our laptop to the Geek Squad. They told us they could not repair it and the on/off switch came loose and had to be soldered in. I called Rob and he told me that was not the case and he could order a new switch and replace it. Three days later we had it back repaired at a minimal cost. That was great since we use it for our business! Rob also took the time to follow up with me and make sure the laptop was working properly. In today's customer service world that is very rare and says a whole lot about his concern for his customers. I highly recommend Lewis Computer Service!

Like everyone else has said here, he was super quick and had a fair price. I dropped my PC off on Saturday and had it back by Monday. It only took that long since we had to wait for a part to get shipped in. The actual problem was diagnosed before I even got home and he send pictures showing it. No one likes computer issues but if I ever have another one in the future I know exactly where I’ll be going!

I truly wish I could leave a 10 star review! The customer service was excellent, they went above & beyond my expectations. I called on a Monday morning which was a holiday. I live in Alabama so I was blind calling for help with a locked up computer. He offered to give it a shot right then. He was waiting on a business call, so I got the computer to him. I drove to fill my car up... I got a phone call before I could finish pumping gas, WOW! All done & was good as new! I called Lewis Computer Service to inquire about a laptop repair. I dropped my laptop off that day. Lewis quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I was able to pick it up the next day.
